Ferrari is on the attack again

Not long ago, we mentioned how the Italian company Ferrari, overly concerned with its image, threatened German designer Philipp Plein with legal action for posting a photo of his new design – sneakers – lying on his green Ferrari 812 Superfast. How to protect an industrial design before a competitor copies it

Undoubtedly, the royal couple is known for many negative articles published mainly by British tabloids.

However, Meghan and Harry’s recent moves may affect their future business approach, including in the media. Where did this idea come from? During the Christmas season, information appeared that Meghan’s lawyers filed an application with the Intellectual Property Office in June 2019 to register the trademark “Sussex Royal.” The reserved mark is intended to cover several dozen goods and services, including, among others, paper, advertising, and educational materials, as well as clothing, consulting services, and magazines.
